At a relatively late stage of my working life, I spent several years caring for a close family member who was undergoing extended treatment (over several years) for a major health condition.
This presentation is based on that time, and includes what aided me to meet both my home and my work duties.
The COVID-19 pandemic occurred during this time, and had a major influence.
