The lived experience of older workers has two areas of potential benefit:
(1) How to cater for, and use the knowledge of, older workers;
(2) Suggestions for younger workers of preparations for ageing (including looking after one's health).
Another aspect is the importance of older workers not having "aged" attitudes.
There is, however, potential benefit for learning from experience - including the history of what has and hasn't worked.
In addition, recent information about ageing (e.g., that it tends to occur in two rounds, at about 44 and 60) is of use.
This is written for office workers - the issues for physical workers are different.
