Lived experience - Paganism

As a member of minority religions for most of my life, beginning with Buddhism as a teenager in the 1970s (in a small country town in Queensland) and Paganism since the late 1990s, I have some personal experience with the issues involved in working in conservative, mainstream corporate work cultures, and I have discussed the experiences of those in other minorities.

With regard to this site, I am preparing a "lived experience" presentation based on that experience, which includes surprising accommodations in one instance in the 1980s, finding others from the same minority from time to time, and an assessment of changes, forward and backward, since then.
