I worked from the late 1970s until 2023 in the wastewater industry, mostly in Australia, but some work overseas as well.
In that time, I developed considerable experience in:
team building, on-the-job training, QAQC, and systems development/analysis.
My non-technical skills also included:
DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion); management of multi-skill teams; client and stakeholder communication; risk management; community organisations; mentoring and team-building; management of in-house library; some project management; some business management / development skills & experience; and Board member / Director.
I have some skill with lived experience DEI presentations, including my personal experiences, and have developed that into this sole trader business.
I am located in northern Naarm (also known as Melbourne), living and working on Wurundjeri land in the state of Victoria, Bandaiyan (also known as Australia).
I am available for face to face presentations that are in, or reasonable close to, northern Naarm, and online presentations elsewhere.
