I worked from the late 1970s until 2023 in the wastewater industry, mostly in Australia, but some work overseas as well. 

In that time, I developed considerable experience in: 

team building, on-the-job training, QAQC, and systems development/analysis, and consideration of new markets.  

I have been providing “second set of eyes” reviews of business ideas and systems, and have decided to make that a key feature of this business. 

However, these non-technical skills from my working career also included:  

DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion);   management of multi-skill teams;   client and stakeholder communication;   risk management;   community organisations;   mentoring and team-building;   management of in-house library;   some project management;   some business management / development skills & experience;   and   Board member / Director. 

I have some skill with lived experience DEI presentations, including my personal experiences, and have developed that into the second main offering of this sole trader business. 

I am located in northern Naarm (also known as Melbourne), living and working on Wurundjeri land in the state of Victoria, Bandaiyan (also known as Australia). 

I am available for face to face presentations that are in, or reasonable close to, northern Naarm, and online presentations elsewhere. My second set of eyes reviews have included overseas work, but my preference is to do so for small-medium enterprises in Australia, and preferably in Victoria, as I am more familiar with circumstances there.

• Have experienced a number of less common living situations (such as living on a small boat in a marina) which has contributed to my flexibility, adaptability, and breadth and depth of life experiences
